Part of my work for BigRep, cleaned and remeshed this 3D scan of a 17th Century Dresser in order to create usable toolpaths for a large(1m) 3D print. As the original scan was so high poly and broken in so many ways with non convex hulls it would always crash the slicer, fixing it was both interesting and challenging.
Remeshing achived with a combination of Meshlab & Cinema 4D, preview renders made with Cinema 4D.
